Forms Application shows a 'FRM-40735: WHEN-CUSTOM-ITEM-EVENT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508' later upgrade to 11.1.2.2.0
Situation:

Important!!: Compile webutil.pll inwards your FORMS_HOME path too exit the webutil.plx there. In illustration of a dissimilar FORMS_PATH for an application, only re-create webutil.pll too webutil.plx to that path. Interestingly, the webutil.plx is expected inwards FORMS_HOME, fifty-fifty if webutil paths are fix to an application specific path ...
Solution:
I had to recreate the webutil repository (create_webutil_db.sql) too to recompile webutil.pll. After that, the application runs fine over again ...Important!!: Compile webutil.pll inwards your FORMS_HOME path too exit the webutil.plx there. In illustration of a dissimilar FORMS_PATH for an application, only re-create webutil.pll too webutil.plx to that path.
